Relative risk is the ratio of the risk of a particular health effect in an exposed group to that in a comparable unexposed group. A relative risk of one implies that exposure has no effect on risk. For instance, the relative risk of leukemia is the largest among various late effects; RR is about 5 or 6 per Gy.
