Announcement of the RERF–NCCICC Joint Symposium

The Radiation Effects Research Foundation (RERF) and the National Cancer Center Institute for Cancer Control (NCCICC) are pleased to announce a joint symposium. Our aim for this symposium is to share experience and expertise in research using data from Japan’s National Cancer Registry data. By bringing together experts from key epidemiological studies and stakeholders involved in the cancer registry system and its operation, we aim to strengthen individual research projects and foster new domestic and global collaborations. Furthermore, we aim to advance the utilization of cancer registry data not only among researchers but also among policymakers and patients, enhance the use of data, and contribute to public health in Japan and to global scientific progress. The following is an outline of the symposium, which will be open to the public as a webinar. We invite you all to attend.
