2025 RERF Open House

The Radiation Effects Research Foundation (RERF) holds an Open House event each year as part of our effort to inform the public about our research activities.

In recent years, however, the event had been either canceled or held online or by reservation only due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We are pleased to announce that the Open House this year will be held in person and open to all visitors without the need for prior registration.

The event will feature exhibits, guided panel explanations, and interactive areas. We warmly welcome not only those with an interest in research but also anyone curious about science or radiation—including families with young children.

At the Hiroshima Laboratory, we will also once again hold, as was done last year, the special session titled “Parental Exposure and the Health of Children – An Introduction to RERF’s New Research.”
Please see below or refer to the flyer for details on dates and locations for both of the event venues.

We look forward to seeing everyone!
