Provided here is a cross-tabulated data file, with documentation, from which the cancer and noncancer mortality results in Life Span Study (LSS) Report 13 can be reproduced. There is an analysis script file for the Epicure software that reads the data and produces several examples of model fitting. There is also a log file showing results of running that script. This is for purposes of example; the data can be used with other analysis software, although most widely available programs other than Epicure cannot easily fit the types of general risk models used in LSS Report 13.

The first line of the data file, which is space-delimited, contains the variable names. There are data on about 50 types of cancer and noncancer mortality in the LSS, along with radiation doses and other variables. The data file is about 26 MB in size and the cross-tabulation has about 37,000 cells.
