About

Dr. Nakamizo has been an Associate Senior Scientist of the Department of Clinical Studies since January 2019. As a neurologist, he has professional experience of clinical practice and research in neurology and in public health. His current research interests lie mainly in the area of radiation-associated atherosclerosis as well as comprehensive evaluation of biomarkers including radiomics. He is a board-certified neurologist of the Japanese Society of Neurology, board-certified internist of the Japanese Society of Internal Medicine, and board-certified physician of the Japan Stroke Society.
